1. The first page of the geffrye Meuseum is called the home page.

2.I am able to navigate my way around the website I was showed by my taecher in a lesson.  There are sign posts on the side of the screen to navigate around the site with links. The signs look old-fashioned and not modern.

3.  I think the website is suitable for kids because there are no complications to it, everything is clear and understanding for the childeren to see what they are doing. The game is good for Kids as it uses bright colours and pictures so it keeps them interseted with someething to look at. On the otherhand there are a few downfalls on the games and one of them is in Topsy turvy when you are putting things in chronological order little children are not even going to know what the word 'chronological' means and they are not going to know who the people that you are moving around are so it is going to be difficult for them to understand the game and to complete it. 

 

4.The main designer has put a menu on the side and he or she has made it purposely stand out so he kids can easily find their way around the website. They also need to think about colour, the size of letters. When making the gamesthey have to consider the vocabulary (making it simple for kids), what the game does and the number of levels to the game.

5.  On the website there is a game called Topsy Turvy where you have to match up the objects to the time era that it was most likley made in. This was a hard game for the kids to play.

The overall appearance of the blog looks good, the background has a camera pattern which is media related. the animation on the header does not work. Student can improve this by adding animation. The unit work is clear and has images. videos are also added and shows animation used. 

Steve (tutor)

The overall blog has a media feel about it with appropriate imagery. The imagery is designed as a pattern for the background and a film camera for the header. The header is animated as a gif (which the tutor has seen but is not working on the blog at the moment. There are plenty of pictures on the blog that makes the pages look interesting and engaging.

i was pleased with the ideas of the work and alsoit was organised okay.



Things that went well

I was pleased with the ideas I had for the blog to make it interesting.
Making the images and designs went went and I was able to use the pictures elsewhere.
It was fairly simple and straighforward to follow the instructions to make the blog look good.

Things that could be improved

The animation on the header is no longer working. I can upload the gif again.
I could have used more colour in the designs to make the blog more striking.
I need to keep better notes and make sure all the posts have titles and labels. This will make finding work easier.

17 May 2017 Unit 2 layout

This is the book that will help people draw layouts correctly and accurately. theoutcome of using this website was the second picture below this text. The measurments used was 148.5 then devide the page by how many line you would like to do the make the vericle lines for where the text would be and the horizontal lines for where the gaps would be.

This is the grid I made below. It will help me place elements of my design.
I am going to use this when I design my magazine.

The Docklands Museum

The purpose of the visit to the docklands museum is to see what kind of multimedia products were being used E.g televisions audio guides and and boards that show information on them, underneath the text you will see the photos I took at the dockalnds museum to prove that I went there and used

In today's lesson I have arranged a date to look at the  London Museum  on monday the 30th of April
looking for multimedia products for example presentations

19 April 2017 unit 2

I have easily followed the instructions without hassle.

We Were asked to do the instructions below to show that we could use the programme

1. Start the programme called InDesign.

2. Go to File > New > Document

3. Set up an A3 document. (Find out the size of A3 and enter the co-ordinates for the width and height).

4. Set the orientation of the page to LANDSCAPE.

5. Set the number of columns to 4.

6. Change gutter size to 0.

7. Change all the margin sizes to 0.

8. Right-Click the ruler bar at the top. Change the units to MM.

(COMMAND + R will turn on the Rulers if you cannot see them).

9. Click and drag on the ruler and you get a guide.  Place it at 148.85 mm.

10. You have now divided up the page into 8 sections. These guide lines do not print.

Review unit 1&9

This is the first half of the animation that me and Humayn is talking about healthy eating mainly  about fruits that are good for your body there is a second part of the animtion which is about healthy exercise such as jogging.


My game is fully functionable and the objective is clear about what you have to do. I improved the animation by adding more items such as fruit drawing to ake it a bit more fun and not so boring to look at.

The things that needed improving is the quality of my designs were not made with the full potential that they could have been at and the animation could have been more interactive with the audience that it is presented to.

In the second animation much detail was applied to make it attractive as possible and relates to the subject of healthy eating.

I watched the trailer of the animation Blind Vaysha

• what is the animation about?-the film tells story of a girl who sees past out of her left eye and the future from her right—and so is unable to live in the presen

• describe how they have been animated ?-   uhev sought to reproduce thevisual effects of the linocut technique by never using the “Undo” command on his computer while drawing: "Because with linocut, once your hand carves it, it is gone. You cannot put the black back. This creates a natural feeling of the unpredictable, of mistakes and the holy imperfection of the image—which is the basis of every creation." Ushev has estimated he did between 12,000 to 13,000 drawings for the film, which took him about six months to make.

• describe the mood and style of the animation.- The mood of the animation was sad and dull and wasnt exiting but it drawing in.

•  Give your own thoughts about the animation, based on the trailers and what ideas the animations have given to you for the creations of your own animations- the trainers were good and inspiring- I thought the aimation was very interesting and I like it because I can see that a lot of work has been put into it with all the detailed drawings

      What is The Restriction Method? Don’t worry, it’s not some flaky theory, but a logical system I came up with that will get you to a solid idea, even if you feel stuck.

      The Restriction Method is pretty much what is sounds like. It’s all about making restrictions for yourself to induce creativity and ideas.

in todays lesson

I made a man that was and then slowly transitions into a running animation.

I also looked at the book that the tutor brought in about animation and took some photocopies from it.  They are in my folder.

In today's lesson i managed to create a small game using adobe animate,i made pages flick between pages on one page there was a square on the next page there was a circle and when u click the object it will go from page to page.

This is the screen shot. When you click on the square it goes to the next frame. you code the square with code snippets.
