the Geffrey Museum web site Unit 5, 1.1

1. The first page of the geffrye Meuseum is called the home page.

2.I am able to navigate my way around the website I was showed by my taecher in a lesson.  There are sign posts on the side of the screen to navigate around the site with links. The signs look old-fashioned and not modern.

3.  I think the website is suitable for kids because there are no complications to it, everything is clear and understanding for the childeren to see what they are doing. The game is good for Kids as it uses bright colours and pictures so it keeps them interseted with someething to look at. On the otherhand there are a few downfalls on the games and one of them is in Topsy turvy when you are putting things in chronological order little children are not even going to know what the word 'chronological' means and they are not going to know who the people that you are moving around are so it is going to be difficult for them to understand the game and to complete it. 

 

4.The main designer has put a menu on the side and he or she has made it purposely stand out so he kids can easily find their way around the website. They also need to think about colour, the size of letters. When making the gamesthey have to consider the vocabulary (making it simple for kids), what the game does and the number of levels to the game.

5.  On the website there is a game called Topsy Turvy where you have to match up the objects to the time era that it was most likley made in. This was a hard game for the kids to play.

Adobe Animate; 
the purpose of my game is going to be to entertain children and educate them.

In today's lesson I learned to code a shape, the first thing I did was put the square on the stage and selected it then went to the menu screen to find where i can start coding my shape using the 'code snippet' option it opens it up and gives multiple options.

when you open actionscript it gives you many options such as actions, navigation and timelines and animation, these are all different.













 when you add code snippets you can pick multipul things, I could add a script to do different things e.g I could set a scrpt so if i click on the object the object will disapear then if i click again the object with reappear.

Learning Adobe Animate/Photoshop Unit 5

In today's lesson i used Adobe Animate to make object and make them move, not just in one direction but in many ways left right or diagonal, i managed to make it move from left to right but that was not the hard part the harder part was finding a way to get it to flip around and get it to go the other way, i had to use a special tool called the free transform tool which lets you flip your object to any direction you want. I also used other tools such as the paint brush tool to paint.

To code the object I used code snippets. One was to make the objects disappear. This square is coded to drag and drop when it is a swf file.

 

Photoshop- An image editing software developed and manufactured by adobe Systems Inc. The software allows users to manipulate, crop, resize, and correct color on digital photos. The software is particularly popular amongst professional photographers and graphic designers.
I can draw my pictures using this.

Illustrator is a program used by both artists and graphic designers to create vector images. These images will then be used for company logos, promotional uses or even personal work, both in print and digital form. 

The Great Fire Of London

The great fire of London

                                       I have been using I movie to create a type of  slideshow showing some of the people tat were affected by The Great Fire of London people like; Samuel Pepys, Elizabeth Pepys, Thomas Farrier and Prince Charles II. I used screaming and shouting sound effects to show the pain that the people would have been suffering, I added  orchestral Music to give the video/ slideshow to give it more emotion and feeling , i used a female/male screaming sound effects at the ame time the picture of the person is on the screen.
